Mayor David Gonzalez and the Chicago Heights City Council will meet Monday, April 16, at 7 p.m. There will be time allotted for public participation and comments.

The meeting will be preceded by a 6:50 p.m. public hearing to discuss the issuance of $83 million in bonds from the Indiana Finance Authority.

Interesting discussions??? Did they mention why the feds are sniffing down the city...specifically the code enforcement department???
