UPDATE: Andrew's Caily Friel is Patch MVP

Andrew swimming standout Caily Friel outpolled eight others in voting for Southland Patch's MVP, Nov. 5-11. She is now eligible for Patch Athlete of the Month honors.

Oak Forest's Corey Brent intercepted a pass to stop a first-half Lemont drive during the Bengals' 21-14 loss to the Indians in the Class 6A playoffs. Brent also was a special teams standout during a 10-2 run for the Bengals. Credit Oak Forest High School
