She was the only person injured in the accidents, which happened between 163rd and 175th streets, the Sun-Times Media report stated. A medical condition might have contributed to Forbes death, the report added.

An autopsy was initially scheduled for Sunday, but it has been moved to Monday, said a spokesman for the medical examiner's office, which had no additional information about Forbes or the accident as of Sunday evening.

Tinley Park Police told Patch Sunday evening no details about the accidents or the death were being released.
