Heidy Van Norman, 24, was arrested in the 2900 block of Ashland Avenue and charged with driving while license suspended and a retail theft warrant out of the Cook County Sheriff’s Office.

License Arrest

Quirino Tolentino-Perez, 47, of the 900 block of Highland Avenue in Chicago Heights, was arrested in the 2800 block of Chicago Road and charged with no valid license and no insurance.

Multiple Charges at Jewel

Patricia A Jordan, 23, of the 600 block of Colleen Drive in Lynwood, was arrested at Jewel, at 3220 Chicago Road, and charged with retail theft, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing a peace officer and two outstanding warrants.
