The judge did impose special conditions of 31-year-old Matthew Lynch's I-bond — which didn't require Lynch to post anything to get out of jail — during a hearing on Tuesday. Lynch must surrender any firearms, his FOID card and his passport. Lynch must also stay with his sister for the duration of the case and firearms aren't allowed in her home either.
The judge also ordered a psychiatric evaluation for Lynch, who is already reportedly seeing a mental health professional. He is scheduled to be back in court on Jan. 29.

Nicolette Martinu - All she gets is SWAP for distributing heroin to a minor? Her act is a misdemeanor? Was the court cost of $284 paid out of profits of smack sales? This is hardly illegal parking. Sure, she didn't inject the smack into the girl's veins, and the girl probably wanted it, but anyone knows that stuff can kill, or damage the user for some time.
