Annual College Fair Hosted By Prairie State College Prairie State College (PSC) is hosting the Illinois College Exposition Fair (ICE) from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 25, in the Atrium on the PSC main campus at 202 S. Halsted St. in Chicago Heights. Student Council Elected at Marian Catholic High School The Marian Catholic Student Council has been elected for the 2011-2012 school year. First Human West Nile Virus Cases Reported The Illinois Department of Public Health has confirmed the first human West Nile virus cases reported in Illinois for 2011 in Cook County and downstate Illinois. The Cook County Health Department reported a man in his 80s became ill earlier this month and the Franklin-Williamson Bi-County Health Department reported a man in his 30s became ill in July.
