How long will you suffer with foot or ankle pain? There’s no need to wait any longer. Learn more about the prevention and treatment of orthopedic foot and ankle problems by attending a free seminar, “Foot & Ankle Sprains & Pains,” on Monday, November 12, from 4-5 p.m., at the Matteson Community Center in Matteson.

The free seminar will be hosted by Dr. Tansey, who will discuss foot and ankle pain, including plantar fasciitis, arthritis, bunions, sports injuries and diabetic foot problems. He will also talk about current treatment options such as physical therapy, orthotics, braces and – possibly – surgery to correct injuries and conditions related to age, trauma or both. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions.
