 ts Association Gallery for your holiday shopping!The annual holiday show
 \, &ldquo\;An Artful Presence&rdquo\;\, opens on Friday\, November 16 wi
 th a reception from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. &nbsp\;The gallery and the recepti
 on are open to the public\, free of charge. &nbsp\;Light refreshments wi
 ll be served.The holiday show features artworks by a large number of Tal
 l Grass artists. &nbsp\;The works have been specially priced for holiday
  gift giving. &nbsp\;The artworks include paintings\, prints\, photograp
 hs and pastels. &nbsp\;There are three-dimensional works including woode
 n bowls\, ceramics and glass. A large selection of necklaces\, earrings 
 and pins are available. &nbsp\;They range from jewelry made from blown g
 lass to semi-precious stones. &nbsp\; The show includes hand-made holida
 y cards and decorations.Gisele Perreault\, curator of the show\, comment
 ed\, &ldquo\;Many of the works were created by Park Forest Art Fair arti
 sts. &nbsp\;Phil Sapienza will be showing t-shirts with his quirky\, hum
 orous drawings. &nbsp\;MaryAnn Tryzna will be showing holiday cards with
  her prize-winning artwork. &nbsp\;John Flynn has created letter openers
 \, seam rippers and styluses\, made especially for this exhibit\, along 
 with his pens and Ray Luckhaupt will be showing his wooden bowls. &nbsp\
 ;Altogether\, there will be more than 30 participating artists and a gre
 at selection.&rdquo\;President of Tall Grass Arts Association\, Janet Mu
 chnik\, added\, &ldquo\;Shoppers at the Holiday Show may wish to give th
 eir friends and family a gift certificate from Tall Grass. &nbsp\;The re
 cipients will then have the pleasure of selecting something from the hol
 iday show themselves.&rdquo\;&ldquo\;An Artful Presence&rdquo\; will run
  through January 13\, 2013. &nbsp\;The gallery is open 11:00 a.m. throug
 h 4:00 p.m.\, Tuesday through Saturday (with the exception of Thanksgivi
 ng and the following day). &nbsp\;It is located in Downtown Park Forest\
 , adjacent to Village Hall. &nbsp\;
