Free Physical Therapy Seminars at St. James

To help celebrate National Physical Therapy Month, Franciscan St. James Hospital is offering four free seminars throughout October. Each seminar will focus on the source of pain to specific parts of the anatomy and a specialist will offer suggestions on how to cope.
This month's free seminar schedule (all begin at 7 p.m.):
- Monday, Oct. 14: Back Pain
- Tuesday, Oct. 15: Neck Pain
- Wednesday, Oct. 16: Shoulder Pain
- Thursday, Oct. 17: Knee Pain
