Share Your Spud Salad, Recipe at the Library
The Steger-South Chicago Heights Public Library will host its monthly Share the Plate event this Tuesday, July 23. This month's—starring summer salads—will kick off at 6 p.m.

In the famous words of ‘Family Guy,’ the Steger-South Chicago Heights Public Library is asking residents, “Show me potato salad!” On Tuesday, July 23, the library will host its monthly Share the Plate event, from 6 to 7 p.m. This month the event is centered around summer salads, including the ever-popular spud dish.
Residents are invited to prep their favorite salad dishes to share at the event, along with bringing in the recipe to share with others. The event is free and open to the public.
