A Day of Giveaways At Sesto Park: Over the Weekend

Chicago Heights Park District along with State Sen. Toi Hutchinson gave school supplies out before the annual Musicfest.

As Sen. Toi Hutchinson passed out backpacks full of school supplies, young children thanked her by wrapping arms around her and giving hugs.

On Saturday, several back to school giveaways took place in Chicago Heights. Patch was there to capture some of those moments at Sesto Park.

Many companies were on hand to donate their time and supplies. Best Buy stopped by and set up televisions with Xbox 360s and Playstation 3s for children to play games on. Little Caesar's donated pizzas, while Walgreens donated some of the back to school bags and supplies.
