While it's nice to think we can all afford $300,000 homes, that just isn't the case. That's why we'll be looking at Chicago Heights single-family homes listed at less than $75,000.

As always, these aren't all the houses in Chicago Height that fit the criteria, but they offer a good start for anyone interested.
