Chicago Heights Homeowner's Fair Set for Saturday
The Chicago Heights Housing Task Force is hosting a New Beginnings Housing fair on Saturday, April 20. The event is designed to help homeowners better understand the housing market.
The housing market can be a tricky landscape to navigate for first-time homeowners and current owners who must make decisions on housing finances, foreclosure and other questions. To help out real estate newbies, the Chicago Heights Housing Task Force will host the New Beginnings Homeowner's Fair on Saturday, April 20.
The fair will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at The Stephanie Center, at St. James Hospital, 30 E. 15th Street.
During the event, the task force will host workshops on topics ranging from foreclosure prevention, credit repair, loan modifications, reverse mortgages, insurance options, identity theft, crisis support and more.
