The Chicago Heights Public Library will suspend it's usual library services on Monday in anticipation of dangerously cold weather.
The building will, however, open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. to serve as a public warming center.
The Bloom Township Center and the Chicago Heights Police Department will also serve as warming centers during the extreme cold.
