When Is the Park District’s Website Coming Back?

For the past several weeks, Chicago Heights residents who have tried to access the Chicago Heights Park District’s website have run into a bit of a road block. 

The park district’s site, which is currently under construction, points residents to the park district’s Facebook and Twitter accounts for updates on the park district.

It is currently unknown when the park district’s website will return to working order.

“We don’t know, the company that’s working on it is kind of backed up right now,” said a park district employee.

Although the website isn’t currently working, the park district’s Facebook and Twitter are more active than ever. The employee said that two social media outlets are easy ways for residents keep up with park district happenings, or they can simply call the park district at 708-755-1351.
