Blur is a regional juried exhibit featuring 26 artists from the Midwest working in a broad range of media. Work exhibited includes photography, digital art, painting, and 2-dimensional mixed media. This exhibit was juried by Jeff Stevenson, director of the Visual Arts Gallery at Governors State University, University Park, IL.
Works exhibiting are literal and symbolic portrayals or representations of motion. Some are captured moments in time, others represent frozen moments in invented scenarios.
Exhibit runs August 8-September 8, 2012, with an opening reception on Friday, August 10, from 6-9pm.
