Works of art from 22 graduating Prairie State College students is on display through May 19 in the College's Christopher Art Gallery.

The works include drawing, painting, photography, and mixed-medium pieces by students completing degrees in fine arts, graphic communications and photography

A reception in honor of the student artists is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, April 27, in the gallery, which is located on the college's main campus, 202 S. Halsted St., Chicago Heights.

Paul Rinaldi, professor and coordinator, fine arts, called the scope and technical complexity of the students' art "inspiring."
