The Geeks on Tour are stopping at the CCS South Suburban Computer Club Meeting

The Geeks on Tour team of Chris and Jim Guld will give a presentation on Google’s Picasa at the Chicago Computer Society South Suburban Computer Club Windows SIG meeting on Tuesday, August 7, 2012, 7:00 PM at Prairie State Community College, Room 1318/1320, 202 South Halsted Street, Chicago Heights, Illinois.  The Auditorium will be available depending on attendance.

 You don’t want to miss this meeting. Even Google, who makes Picasa, looks to Chris Guld of Geeks on Tour when they want training on Picasa!

They both love computers and in fact have built successful careers around them. Sharing a passion for people and travel, the real head-scratcher was how to combine those interests. After many “are-we-crazy moments” they sold their home, bought an RV, packed up their computers and took to the road. That was in 2003.

 Since then, they have criss-crossed the United States leading seminars at RV Rallies and helping RVers and RV parks with their computer needs. What they’ve come to realize is the information delivered at their rallies and on their Web site is just as valuable to homebodies as it is to RVers.
