Tuskegee Airmen Live

Park Forest, Illinois-March 8, 2012- The Holiday Star Theater will be showing the movie ‘Red Tails’ along with surviving members of the Tuskegee Airmen. The Tuskegee Airmen were an elite force during World War Two that helped change the course of the war. The Tuskegee Airmen will be presenting a short documentary before the showing of ‘Red Tails’ and will take questions from the community. They will also be sharing information about their Young Eagles program that gives free plane rides to children from ages 8-17.

This will all take place March 16 2012 at 7pm at the Holiday Star Theater in Park Forest. Mr. Lawton Wilkerson along with other members from the Tuskegee Airmen will be present. Tickets to the feature film are 6 dollars while the presentation and Documentary is free to the public. The Holiday Star Theater is located at 340 Main Street Park Forest, Illinois.
