The Chicago Heights beloved hotspot Schoops closed its doors and now the former location is up for sale. Patch wants to know, what should go here?

After 27 years serving up burgers and shakes to loyal customers, Schoops recently closed its doors for the final time, Although it’s currently unknown why the business shut its doors, a note on the door thanks customers for their patronage and asks that they visit the Schoops in Monee.

The location now is listed on the market by Re/Max. With a price tag of $225,000, the two-parcel location features ample parking, high visibility and a strong consumer base.
