Used car dealerships dot many communities in the Southland, but in Chicago Heights, one could soon be going the way of the dodo, if a new business owner chooses. As the used car lot and detail shop at 550 S. Halsted Avenue is up for sale, anyone who purchases the business could choose to change the business to something completely different.
Currently, the lot and detail center feature 2,610 sq. ft. of space on a .33-acre lot. The lot features a free-standing building located on the corner of Joe Orr Road and Halsted Avenue.
The property is currently listed for $385,000 or just over $147-per-sqaure-foot.
