Chicago Heights residents might have been sad to see Venice Restaurant go. The restaurant is now closed and the location, 201 S. Halsted St., is currently for sale.
Listed at $800,000, the 5,000-sq. ft. building sits on 72,000-sq. ft. corner lot and features 224 feet of frontage along Halsted Street and 358-feet of frontage along Volmer Road. It also features ample parking for customers and could be the home of another restaurant in the future, or a different business entirely.
