Last Chance for Teen Safety Class at the Library

The Chicago Heights Public Library will host a teen safety class, taught by a Chicago Heights police officer, on Wednesday, May 15, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. The event is free to attend.

The world can be a dangerous place and the Chicago Heights Public Library is working to help educate area teens about those dangers, with the help of the Chicago Heights Police. On Wednesday, May 15, the library will host a Chicago Heights police officer for a teen public safety class, from 3:30-4:30 p.m.

During the class, the officer will go over basic safety tips teens should know and use to keep their personal property safe and ensure they are safe as well. Registration for the free event is not required.
