So, what did Marchigiani have to say about the comments left on his listing?

"I was a bit overwhelmed with all the great reviews," Marchigiani said, adding that he recognized many of the names. "Mostly all of them. We have a lot of long-time customers."

There has to be a reason so many people were willing to take a moment to review Imperial. Marchigiani chalks the support up to a simple and genuine value.

"I think the biggest thing is honesty," Marchigiani said. " I think the reason people keep coming back is because they know they're not going to get sold anything they don't need. They're not focused on price, they're focused on the car being right and not being taken advantage of. That's always been our philosophy."

Marchigiani also noted a distinct difference in the kind of service his business provides, especially in comparison to the national chains that tend to win customers over with bargains.

"There's a lot of people out there that are really focused on price, and those people go to Pep Boys and stuff like that," Marchigiani said. "I'm not sure they're getting the same level of expertise that they get here."
