Ring in the New Year with romantic ambiance at Geja's Cafe

Geja’s Café, 340 West Armitage, will offer New Year’s Eve revelers a romantic repast featuring fondue and champagne in a festive, yet intimate, atmosphere complete with classical/flamenco guitar music.  Due to its overwhelming popularity, Geja’s Café will offer three special reserved seating times on Monday, December 31, 2012 at 5:00 p.m., 7:30 p.m. and 10 p.m.  Reservations will be accepted beginning Monday, December 12th at 9 a.m. by calling 773.281.9101.

 All three packages include a four-course fondue dinner complete with cheese fondue appetizer, salad, lobster, shrimp and beef entree and Geja’s famous flaming chocolate dessert fondue.  The 5:00 p.m. seating is $75 per person and includes a glass of Lanson’s Black Label Brut Champagne. The 7:30 p.m. seating is $105 per person and includes a glass of Lanson’s Rose Label Brut Rose Champagne. The 10:00 p.m. seating is $125 per person and includes a bottle of Lanson’s Black Label Brut Champagne per couple and party favors galore as the countdown to midnight begins.

 Long acclaimed “Chicago’s Most Romantic Restaurant”, Geja’s Cafe offers guests an enchanting setting; intimate, candle-lit wine cellar atmosphere, private booths and live flamenco and classical guitarists, together with an extensive list of fine, moderately priced wines.   Geja's Cafe features fondue dining – food one prepares and shares - including entrée, cheese and flaming chocolate dessert fondues. 

 Hours for Geja's Cafe are Monday through Thursday, 5 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; Friday, 5 p.m. to 11pm; Saturday, 5 p.m. to 11:30; and Sunday, 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.  Valet parking is available.  New Year’s reservations will be accepted beginning Monday, December 12th from 9-4pm.
