Union Street Gallery Studios for Rent
Union Street Gallery in Chicago Heights, IL has 2 art studios for rent. All studio tenants have 24 hour access to the building and share a common area on 3rd floor with bathrooms and kitchenette. Studio Artists also receive 1 annual group exhibit in the main gallery space, and promotion via the gallery website and emails which have over 2000 subscribers!
Studios Artists are also part of a unique collaborative that helps plan, execute, and maintain gallery exhibits and education programming. Thus, all artists are required to volunteer 8 hours a month to gallery programming and art outreach activities in the community.
2nd floor studio, $300/month
Approximately 290 sqft, carpet floor, 2 windows, small storage area, central heat/AC.

3rd floor studio, $260/month
Approximately 240 sqft, high ceilings, laminate flooring, 1 window, electric heat, no AC (need a small window or stand alone unit).
