This is a gentle form of yoga performed either sitting in or standing by a chair recommended for beginners, those with disabilities and injuries, mobility or weight constraints or those who want to learn how to refresh their bodies while sitting at a desk.  Conducted by instructor Nadine Kelly M.D.  $20.00 for a 12 week session.  Pre-registration required by contacting the Senior Department at 708-754-9400 ext. 244.
