Outback Steakhouse is proud to partner with the Friedreichs Ataxia Research Alliance(FARA) for a day of physical achievement and family fun. Ride Ataxia will offer 4, 12, 32 and 52 mile cycling routes on scenic country roads.
Ride Ataxia benefits FARA- a nonprofit organization dedicated to research leading to a cure for Friedreich's ataxia (FA). Registration is limited to the first 600 participants. Same day registration is permitted only if space is available. This is a rain or shine event. Refunds will not be granted.
ROUTES: Click on the route length to view the map and elevation profile. 4 mile route: Beginners. 2 mile repeatable neighborhood loop. 12 mile route:Beginners. Out-and-back on the I & M Canal Towpath. 32 mile route: Experienced cyclists. Out-and-back, part on the Towpath and part on the road. 52 mile route: Advanced cyclists only. Route on road with varied traffic conditions.
