Family Shelter Sponsors "Vagina Monologues"

South Suburban Family Shelter has been granted production rights to produce Eve Ensler’s “The Vagina Monologues.”

South Suburban Family Shelter is a proud participant in the V-Day 2011 Campaign. Director Brigid McCormick stated,  “V-Day is a global movement to end violence against women and girls  through benefit productions of playwright and founder Eve Ensler’s award winning play.

"V-Day is a catalyst that promotes creative events to increase awareness, raise funds and revitalize the spirit of existing anti-violence organizations such as South Suburban Family Shelter.”
