In every ward throughout Chicago Heights, there are houses filled with colored lights, moving reindeer, nativity scenes and snowmen with blinking lights.

On Thursday, the city announced the 2011 Holiday Decorating Contest Winners! PATCH stopped by to show some of the 2011 winners, a few of the past winners and a couple of favorites.
