ARREST WARRANTS: Wanted in Chicago Heights

Oscar Ulloa, 25, is wanted on a no driver's license charge. His bail was set at $1,000. His last known address was in the 200 block of East 21st Street in Chicago Heights. The warrants were issued April 27, 2010.

Alcadio R. Gonzalez, 47, is wanted on a driving under the influence of alcohol charge. His bail was set at $2,500. His last known address was in the 400 block of East 26th Street in Chicago Heights. The warrant was issued May 18, 2005.

Michael Moutry, 37, is wanted on a manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance charge. No bond was issued. His last known address was in the 1900 block of Division Street in Chicago Heights. The warrant was issued Aug. 17, 2011.

David Bivens, 56, is wanted on a suspended, revoked driver's license charge. His bail was set at $12,000. His last known address was in the 400 block of West 16th Place in Chicago Heights. The warrant was issued May 14, 2008.

Walter Blakemore, 57, is wanted on a violation of supervision charge. His bail was set at $10,000. His last known address was in the 1400 block of East 14th Place in Ford Heights. The warrant was issued Dec. 3, 1998.
