ARREST WARRANTS: Wanted in Chicago Heights

There are Cook County warrants out for the arrest of several accused criminals in Chicago Heights. Today, Patch lists a few.

Mark M. Merrell, 31, is wanted on a possession of a controlled substance charge. No bond was issued. His last known address was in the 1900 block of Glenwood Road in Chicago Heights. The warrant was issued Jan. 11, 2012.

Jose Martinez-Lira, 20, is wanted on a motor vehicle offenses charge. His bail was set at $10,000. His last known address was in the first block of 15th Avenue in Chicago Heights. The warrant was issued Aug. 15, 2012.

James A. Lawton, 32, is wanted on a driving under the influence of alcohol charge. His bail was set at $10,000. His last known address was in the 1100 block of Wentworth Avenue in Chicago Heights. The warrants were issued July 12, 2006.

Robert F. Torkelsen, 36, is wanted on a sale or delivery of a controlled substance charge. His bail was set at $2,000. His last known address was in the 400 block of Dixie Highway in Chicago Heights. The warrant was issued Feb. 21, 2001.

Sonja G. McMath, 64, is wanted on a possession of a controlled substance charge. Her bail was set at $3,000. Her last known address was in the 200 block of East 17th Street in Chicago Heights. The warrant was issued Nov. 29, 1999.
