Update: Body Found in Heights Identified as Steger Woman

Police are still investigating the cause of death.

Police have positively identified a woman found dead near a Chicago Heights residence last Friday.

Angela Busby, 28, of Steger, was found half-covered with snow next to a garage in the 1300 block of Otto Blvd, according to a press release from Sgt. Thomas Rogers. Police are still investigating the cause of Busby's death.

The South Suburban Major Crimes Task Force was called to assist with the investigation, respectively, police said.

The Cook County Medical Examiner's office conducted an autopsy Saturday, Jan. 21, to determine the cause of death but determined it to be "pending police investigation," according to police.
