Chicago Heights Woman Watches Thief Take TV from Bedroom: Police Report

Money and a gaming system also reported stolen from the residence.

A Chicago Heights woman told police she saw a man remove a television from her bedroom "but did not think anything of it."

The woman had been sleeping with a male companion in the room when the thief appeared, according to the police report.

In addition to the 37-inch flat-screen television (valued at $300), a PlayStation 3 (valued at $300) and $1,000 in U.S. currency were reported taken from the residence in the 1200 block of Park Avenue.
