Pills Stolen At Party

Thirty hydrocodone pills were stolen during a party at a home in the 200 block of East 24th Street, according to a report. The person who had the pills left them in the living room while she was in the bathroom and returned to find them gone. No arrests were reported.

Lynwood Man Charged With Battery

Christopher D. Radcliffe, 30, of the 20000 block of Monterey Avenue, Lynwood, was charged with battery, according to a report. The victim tried to break up a fight at about 12:45 a.m. when he was punched in the face. He didn't sustain any visible injuries and refused medical attention. Radcliffe is due on May 23 in Markham.

Liquor Store Argument

A heated argument between a man and an employee of a liquor store on Chicago Road escalated to threats, according to a report. The man threatened to shoot up the business and then ran away. Police tried to find the man but were unsuccessful.
