Man Attacked, Punched Several Times in the Face: Blotter

Chicago Heights police report, Aug. 29.

A 48-year-old Chicago Heights man was beat up by three people, according to a police report.

Two men and one woman struck the man at about 3 p.m. on Aug. 29, the Chicago Heights report states. The man’s father reported the crime to police.

One of the men punched the victim several times in the face.

The victim’s face was red and swollen and had a small scrape, the report states, the report states. He refused medical treatment and was unable to provide a description of the attackers.

No arrests were reported.
