Restaurant Equipment Reported Stolen
According to reports, thousands of dollars in equipment was taken between September 2011 and March 23.
A man reported a restaurant in the 900 block of Ashland Avenue was burglarized between September 2011 and March 23, with thousands of dollars in equipment stolen.
The man said an $18,000 industrial stainless steel stove was taken, as well as $3,000 steelwork counters, a $4,000 ice cream machine, two scales valued at $2,000 each, a $1,500 meat grinder and a salad table valued at $1,000, according to reports.
The report also noted restaurant tables and chairs valued at $5,000 and one $400 sewing machine and an unknown amount of copper tubing and wire with an unknown value.
