An 83-year-old man suffering from Alzheimers disease left his Chicago home Saturday, and has been missing ever since, according to police.

Cleveland Ivey, 83, who lives in the Austin neighborhood of Chicago, was on foot when he left and could be headed toward Chicago Heights, where he has family living on Yale Street, the Chicago Tribune reports.

Along with Alzheimers disease, Ivey takes medication for high blood pressure, according to police. He is about 5-feet, 7-inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds. Ivey was last seen wearing a large black Pelle Pelle coat and brown pants.
