Police: Road Rage Chase Endangered Children at Thornwood Apartments
An Oak Forest man and a Steger man were charged in the Aug. 26 incident in Chicago Heights.
Two men were arrested after their reckless driving endangered several Chicago Heights children at an area apartment complex on Aug. 26, said.

Kasten attempted to pepper-spray Miranda's son, upsetting the Steger man who then chased Kasten's car into the parking lot of Thornwood Apartments at 19460 Chicago Heights-Glenwood Road, police said.
