Man Dies After Falling Into Hopper at Vesuvius USA Plant
A South Holland man is reported dead after he fell into a hopper at the 333 State Street plant this morning.

The 60-year-old South Holland man killed in an industrial accident at a Chicago Heights industrial plant Thusday morning has been identified as Romelio Cruz.
Emergency crews were called to Vesuvius USA, 333 State Street, around 7 a.m. after the Cruz' body was found in a hopper, according to police.

This is the second death at the facility in 25 months, OSHA spokesman Scott Allen told the Sun-Times Media.
