Easter weekend means some local civic offices will be shut down for the holidays.

Here's a look at what will be closed in Homewood-Flossmoor and Chicago Heights during this time:

Homewood-Flossmoor

  • Homewood Village Hall is open on Saturday, from 9 a.m. to noon.
  • Flossmoor School District 161 is open on Monday, April 1.
  • Homewood-Flossmoor High School is closed April 1, for Spring Break.
  • Homewood School District 153 is open April 1.

Chicago Heights

  • Chicago Heights City Hall is closed.
  • Chicago Heights School District 170 is on Spring Break until April 5.
  • Park Forest Chicago Heights School District 163 is closed until April 2.
  • Bloom Township High School District 206 is closed through April 8 for Spring Break
