DeLuca Hosts Tax Tips and Financial Management Forum

State Rep. Anthony DeLuca is hosting a free forum on Tax Tips and Smart Credit Management on Saturday, Feb. 26, from 9-11 a.m. at the Bloom Township Center, 425 S. Halsted St. in Chicago Heights. 

This event will feature a Financial Management Seminar on topics including Creating a Personalized Budget, Managing your Credit and Monitoring your Credit Rating Effectively. 

Free tax preparation through the Illinois CPA Society’s Military Tax Preparation Project is available to any member of the U.S. Armed Forces who is a resident of Illinois and was deployed in a combat zone at any time during the year 2010. Qualified members of the military and/or their spouse can sign up at the event to be matched with a volunteer.

Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m.  Complimentary breakfast is provided.
