Nominate: Most Caring Day Care Around

Let us know the best day care facilities in Chicago Heights, South Chicago Heights, Olympia Fields, Homewood and Flossmoor so we can put it to a vote and find out which is the Readers’ Choice 2012 winner.

You must trust your provider fully to allow them to watch over your most precious cargo—your wonderful child.

So we need to hear from you about why your chosen day care facility is so great. Do they offer lots of play time? Nap time? A favorable caretaker-to-child ratio? A clean environment? Awesome playground?

Which day care do you trust with your children in the Chicago Heights and Homewood-Flossmoor area?

Patch is ramping up its Readers’ Choice program and we’re asking you, your friends, family, neighbors, coworkers and anyone else who knows about the local banks to nominate the best ones in your town.

We’ll keep accepting nominations through July 9. After that, nominations will be closed and we’ll start the voting, so make sure to get in your favorites now.

All you need to do to nominate a business is to add it in the comments below. If you already see the business you want to nominate, make sure to add your comment about why it should be included, because we may not be able to add all businesses to our poll and we want to make sure the top ones make it into the poll.

Here are a few examples, but they MUST BE NOMINATED to be included in the poll! As places are nominated, they'll be added to a list and bolded.

Thanks in advance for your participation.

Sign up for the Chicago Heights Patch newsletter or the Homewood-Flossmoor Patch newsletter to find out when voting starts so you can support your favorite institution in the Readers' Choice contest.

I would like to nominate the Nazarene Nursery School. I send my 6-month-old there and I love it. The staff is friendly and caring. The grounds are cleaned and maintained. There is an excellent staff-to-child ratio and Ms. Rosa and Ms. Darcy keep my baby smiling all day long! http://chicagoheights.patch.com/listings/nazarene-nursery-school-and-kindergarten

Cornerstone Christian Preschool has provided excellent care and education since 1973! Miss Connie, Preschool Director, is always coming up with unique and creative ideas to keep little hands and minds busy! Students enjoy hot lunch, snacks, field trips, arts & crafts, computer class and more. An outing to Old Country Buffet after a movie at Marcus Theaters this week was a great way to keep cool! I too would like to nominate the Nazarene Nursery School. I have 22 and 20 year old kids who started going there from the time they were 3 and 5 and went until they were too old for the summer camp at 10 and 12. I also have a 7 years old who attended since she was 8 months through Kindergarten and is now attending the Summer Camp. I love it there!

I would like to nominate Nazarene Nursery School. It is a Christian school that my son has attended since he was 3 months old. He has learned so many Christian values that we practice at home. He is active in their sports program which is also an excellent program for children of all ages. VBS is another aspect of the school that has taught the children so many lessons and values. The staff truly cares for the children and work hard to meet there needs. Nazarene Nursery School has always been there for me and my family.

I would like to nominate Nazerene Nursery School. I have had 3 out of 5 of my children to attend. I have tried different daycare programs but I always end up back at Nazerene no matter where I live. Nazerene is a clean and christian based school that I would tell all my friends about.
