DeLuca to Present "Medicare ABC's, D and More"
State Rep. Anthony DeLuca and his Senior Advisory Committee will present a “Medicare ABC’s, D and more” program on Thursday, June 30, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Village Woods, 2681 Illinois Route 394 in Crete.
A lunch will be provided for those who RSVP to Diana Olthoff by June 23 at 708-672-6111.
This program is designed for Medicare beneficiaries, loved ones, caregivers, friends, professionals or any interested persons in obtaining information on Medicare, Social Security, Medicare Part D, State of Illinois Prescription Drug Programs and other beneficial health information.

Opening remarks will be given by DeLuca and presentations will include, SHIP Senior Health Insurance Program volunteer Jerry Strick, Bloom Township Executive Director Sheryl Ford, Dr. Allen Burt, N.D., and Karen McGreal, Agency Supervisor Complete Home Health.
Free Blood Pressures will be provided by Providence Life Services and lunch is provided by Village Woods.
