Prairie State College Hosting Annual Foodapalooza

Last year, two tons of food and $1,500 was raised for Respond NOW through Foodapalooza, an annual food drive and music festival. That was a ton more food than the previous year.

This year, the goal is to collect even more food and money for Respond NOW, an emergency assistance agency helping residents in the south suburbs.

Prairie State College is hosting the sixth annual Foodapalooza from 3-9:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, at the outside pavilion on the Chicago Heights campus, 202 S. Halsted St.
