Marian Catholic Choir to Perform at Carnegie Hall

The group will participate in the Choirs of America event in New York City.

The Marian Catholic Choral Program will be taking their talents to Carnegie Hall to perform at the 2014 Choirs of America Event in New York City. The event will take place April 24–26. 

Choir members will represent the Spartans at the 2nd Annual COA National Event.  Students will have the opportunity to benefit from an adjudicated performance of their music on Friday afternoon followed by COA workshops for all participants in the evening. 

On the final day, the COA national’s master conductor, Grant Gershon, will take over for a spectacular Massed Choir Rehearsal, followed by a Prism Concert at the world-famous Stern Auditorium, Carnegie Hall. All participants will enjoy a Massed Choir Performance, complete with a spectacular World-Premiere Tutti Finale from Z. Randall Stroope.

This wonderful opportunity for the members of the Marian Catholic Choir is intended to enhance the musician’s skills along with the excitement of performing at a world renowned venue in, Carnegie Hall in New York City.
