Zumba Mondays at GSU
Dance your way to fitness at the Governors State University Recreation and Fitness Center.
Zumba classes will be offered on Mondays, from noon to 1 p.m. and 5:30-6:30 p.m. from Sept. 12 through Dec. 12.
Zumba is exercise that combines Latin and international dance and fitness inspired movements. Participants dance away their worries and tone and sculpt their muscles while moving to salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaetone, samba, and belly dancing.

A 15-session punch card is available for only $10 for GSU students, $40 for Recreation and Fitness Center members, and $80 for non-members. Participants only pay for the sessions they attend.
