I am very disappointed in regard to the service . My husband was discharged from this hospital at 9:44 pm . After being told his doctor is on his way the doctor never came. The doctor discharged him via telephone . Written instructions were given to my husband upon discharge . Nurse told my husband his prescriptions were called in ,they were not , even as of 3:21pm the next day . After several attempts which included 2 two calls to nurses stations and 1 call to supervisor and an very rude unprofessional male , my husband 's presription has not been called in. Supervisor gave me the doctor's office number @ 2:37 pm, it is 3:28pm still no results. This absolutely unacceptable.
