Founded in 1990, Public Action to Deliver Shelter (PADS) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providingMore emergency food and shelter to people who cannot afford housing. It is an interfaith program that is always in need of more volunteers and community leaders willing to donate their time and facilities.  

PADS provides overnight shelter to those in need from Oct 1 to April 30 with the help of 23 local religious institutions.

Euclid is located directly behind the Chicago Heights Park District maintenance garage and has posted signage indicating that the public does not have access to the garage.
