Police Blotter: Battery with a Bottle and Damage to Property

Chicago Heights police reports, May 28-29.

TUESDAY, MAY 29 On May 27, a 19-year-old Chicago Heights woman, who is two to three months pregnant, told police her ex-boyfriend hit her with a closed fist in the right arm and face repeatedly. The woman refused all medical attention and police observed no signs of injury. Two days later, the same woman told police the man and another woman approached her for no reason, choked her and broke her nose. The woman still had no signs of injury but demanded police kick in the door of a Shields Avenue apartment because her "boyfriend" might be inside and "has no business there," according to the report. Police Blotter: Two Women Attacked by Large Group

Chicago Heights police reports, May 26-27.

SUNDAY, MAY 27 A 21-year-old Country Club Hills woman  and a 26-year-old Chicago Heights woman told police they were sitting in a parked vehicle with the windows down in the 200 block of East 22nd Street when a group of 10 to 15 males approached the vehicle. The males, ages 15 to 25, struck the vehicle with closed fists, according to the report. Two of the males each grabbed one of the womes by the hair and tried to strike them with closed fists while shouting profanity and racial slurs, according to the report. Police observed no injuries on the women.  A 23-year-old Richton Park woman told police she was attempting to get her personal belongings from a 23-year-old Chicago Heights man when he became irate, smashed her glasses, stole her …
